Product delivery

All of our products are delivered by email as Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint files or Adobe PDF file depending on the specific product(s) ordered. If you cannot receive our files by email we offer HighTail download links as an alternative, no other method of delivery is available. It is up to the individual purchasing our products to insure they can receive delivery of our products by one of the two delivery methods we support.

 

Returns and refunds

Because all of our products are delivered electronically there is nothing physical to return for a refund and we have no way to confirm that a product has been destroyed. Therefore all sales are final and we do not accept returns or provide refunds. We provide a variety of pre-sales tools so that potential end users can confirm the product meets their needs..
