Introduction
This brand new wafer cost model implements the 2010 ITRS and forward projects out to 2024 and the 7nm technology node. The model produces long term forecasted wafer fabrication costs and detailed equipment and technology requirements for all product types and nodes outlined in the ITRS. This model is designed for long term strategic planning. The price includes twelve months of upgrades and support. 300mm and 450mm wafers sizes are supported. This model is sold as an enterprise license only.

Revision history
The following is the revision history for the Strategic Cost Model:

Revision 1200 - rewrote the comments for node on the ASIC and MPU sheets to be more clear. Fixed unit volume labeling issues on the ALD, CVD and Spin-On worksheets (materials edition only). Changed default/user entered selection drop-down to a white background on all materials sheets to indicate it is user selectable (materials edition only). Added EUV throughput numbers for larger half-pictches to prevent errors if early EUV implementation is selected. Fixed a bug that potentially could effect K1 values in the later years under specific user entered conditions. Updated multigate III-V channel process. Fixed a bug that caused a mask count error if EUV implementation dates were pushed out too far.
